Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your Pristine Tee. Pretty simple, right? If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue with your shirt(s), you can always exchange or return your order so long as:

Your shirts are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging.

Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

For international exchanges, we will issue you store credit upon receiving your original order.

Please Note: Costs associated with the return of an international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice to avoid further taxes and duties.

We try to be as fair and accommodating as possible, but reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

If you're ordering from the USA, there is no cost to exchange your shirt(s).

If you're an international customer, you'll be responsible for paying the costs associated with your exchange. Please indicate on the commercial invoice that this is a return to avoid further taxes and duties.

You must exchange your shirt within 30 days of receiving, and your exchanged shirt(s) must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original packaging.

● for washing, it is best to hand wash if possible or cold wash - maximum 30° C / 86° F water temperature

● use a normal or mild detergent

● wash inside out

● wash with similar colors

● preferable hang dry or tumble dry - low heat

● can be ironed at medium temperature

Our shirts are made from certified 100% Organic Cotton.

Overseen by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, our organic cotton is ethically sourced from major cotton producing states in India: Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Odisha.

Our organic cotton comes predominantly from small farming communities working with non-GMO (non-bT) seeds. Their yields are about 15% of bT-seed farms (regular cotton).

The benefits of organic cotton come with the dramatic improvement in care and quality of the cotton sewn. The organic cotton grows amongst a variety of other plants and flora and is harvested by hand. The natural growing environment and harvesting methods give the cotton a much softer, delicate feel. If you've ever tasted wild strawberries while strolling through the forest, you've noticed the intensified flavour, color, and often "imperfect" shape/size. Organic cotton works in a similar way.

Once the cotton is grown and harvested according to certified organic methods, it must be ginned and spun in facilities uncontaminated by errant bT threads, then washed, dyed, cut, sewn, and, finally, sold to you - conscientious individuals mainly in Europe and North America.
